Soooooooo, my due date is quickly approaching. At my last appointment my midwife told me that I was dilated to two cm and 75% effaced... For people who have yet to learn the language of pregnancy, this means I'm very, VERY close. How close, we can't be sure. It could be tonight, it could be next week. I hope for something in the middle!Chad is still on a fire, but could get sent home any day now. He is getting antsy knowing that I'm so close... It is difficult to imagine actually going into labor, or even more difficult to imagine is holding a baby in my arms that belongs totally to me! I'm at a point now where it is so close, I'm getting inpatient. I am ready for it now...
So, not much else to say... My mom is here (thank goodness) for a weekend visit and also to help in case something happens, which is a relief. When she leaves, not sure how that will all work! I'm a little grumpy today!

yeah Lisa! im so glad you just updated as i was thinking of you! i cant beleive how close you are to having your baby in your arms!!! how exciting :)
